We do not ask for medical records or free-text health details on the public form. If coordination proceeds, relevant information is collected through a secure channel with your authorisation.
We process enquiry data to respond to your request, explain whether we can help, and—if you proceed—to coordinate the agreed journey.
Analytics cookies, if enabled, help us understand site usage. They stay off until you allow them.
We share personal data with providers or partners only as needed for the agreed coordination and with your authorisation.
